Ann Miller

Ann Miller fue cantante, bailarina y actriz en la época dorada de Hollywood. De niña empezó a bailar para fortalecer sus piernas, afectadas de raquitismo, llegando a convertirse en bailarina prodigiosa.
Tenía trece años cuando, en 1936, por RKO Pictures. Finalmente trabajó en varios musicales importantes de MGM entre los años cuarenta y cincuenta. Entre ellos; ‘Desfile de pascua’ (1948), ‘Un día en Nueva York’ (1949) y ‘Bésame Kate’ (1953). Miller era famosa por la velocidad con la que bailaba claqué.
Con un estilo de musical que evolucionaba y la fuerza de la TV comenzó a trabajar en Broadway. También tuvo escarceos en la TV y de forma muy puntual en el cine. Ann Miller tiene una estrella en el Paseo de la Fama de Hollywood.
