Jerry Fielding
Estados Unidos (1922 - 1980)
Amante del Swing y extraordinario ‘arreglista’, trabajó para grandes músicos del género. Más tarde formó una orquesta de Jazz con afroamericanos. Aquello le costaría enfrentarse a la ‘caza de brujas’ ante el Comité de Actividades Antiamericanas. Lo que incidiría directamente en su carrera como músico y compositor.
A pesar de ello, su filmografía es importante. Para el cine hizo las bandas sonoras de: ‘Perros de paja’ (1971), ‘Harry el ejecutor’ (1976) o ‘Fuga de Alcatraz’ (1979).
Para la TV trabajó en series como ‘Shane’ (1966), ‘Él y ella’ (1967), ‘Star Trek’ (1967), ‘Misión, Imposible’ (1967), ‘Mannix’ (1967) o ‘McMillan y esposa’ (1971).
