David Foster

Sin duda, David Foster es uno de los compositores, arreglista y productor más relevante de la música de los últimos treinta años. Suyas son muchas de las canciones que han interpretado Celine Dion, Whitney Houston o Josh Groban. Y su participación en el cine ha sido destacada escribiendo algunas bandas sonoras y canciones importantes.
David Foster comenzó a estudiar piano a la edad de cinco años y se inscribió en el programa de música de la Universidad de Washington en 1962. Con 16 años ya formaba parte de la banda de acompañamiento de Chuck Berry. Más tarde formaría el grupo Skylark, alcanzando un importante éxito con la canción «Wildflower». Como gran músico, especialmente con el piano trabajó con estrellas de prestigio en la grabación de sus canciones como Barbra Streisand, Diana Ross, Rod Stewart o el propio John Lennon.
